MAIN FEATURES
1. Robust Construction:
The body frame, main ram, and main link lever are crafted from high-strength materials and undergo rigorous casting processes, including stress-relief treatments. This ensures durability, prevents deformation, and maintains machine precision over long periods.
2. Wear-Resistant Components:
Both the main and auxiliary rams are made from abrasion-resistant alloy, with the inner plates of the main ram constructed from quenched alloy steel. This design enhances precision and stability while prolonging the die's lifespan.
3. Versatile Operation Modes:
Equipped with a low-current air clutch, the machine offers three operational modes: inching, single stroke, and continuous running. In single stroke and continuous running modes, the main ram halts automatically at its rear position to protect the die and maximize workspace for operation and adjustments.
4. Efficient Pressing and Feeding:
The pressing and wire feeding mechanisms are powered by an air cylinder-controlled pawl, while the wire cutting operates through a robust link block system. Circular shears ensure precise and clean kerf cuts, enhancing reliability and stability.
5. Precision Sliding Block Design:
The high-precision main sliding block features a rear wing connection for stability and accuracy. Super-durable copper plates are inserted into the bottom surfaces of the front and rear wings to improve precision and extend service life.
6. Adjustable Rear Knockout Device:
Each station of the rear knockout device is individually adjustable, with the final station capable of ejecting the trimmed product by repositioning or replacing the cam as needed.
7. Synchronized Front Knockout Mechanism:
The front knockout mechanism moves in tandem with the main ram's retreat motion, allowing the product to remain temporarily on the mold plunger. This prevents damage by ensuring the plunger is not dragged away with the product.
8. Reliable Gripper Movement:
The gripper's swing is driven by a conjugate cam, ensuring consistent and reliable movement, even during high-speed return operations.
9. High-Precision Manufacturing:
All key components, including cams, are produced using numerically controlled machining tools, ensuring precision, smooth curves, and seamless sliding motion.
10. User-Friendly Operating System:
The operating system is simple and intuitive, integrating a PLC to automatically monitor the machine's working modes. It provides fault alarms as needed, ensuring efficiency and ease of use.
