APPLICATIONS

After finishing and processing, the fabric can be transformed into short-pile fabrics with a pile height ranging from 1.5 to 6mm or sandwich mesh fabrics with a spacing of 3 to 12mm. These fabrics feature a plush and soft texture, with the wool yarn securely looped to prevent detachment from the base cloth. They are widely used in applications such as car seat cushions, sand release, Simmons bedding, cotton blankets, curtains, and other household decorative fabrics, as well as clothing and footwear materials.

The machine is powered by a complete eccentric mechanism or crankshaft connecting rod mechanism, enabling higher operating speeds. The needle slot plate is fixed to ensure fabric tightness, and an unloading device allows the settling plate bed to swing away from the working area for ease of operation. The combination of electronic let-off and a laser yarn-breaking automatic stop device ensures efficient high-speed operation and user convenience. Additionally, this machine is equipped with up to 7 comb belts and can include electronic lateral movement, enhancing its ability to meet diverse customer needs.
