Rotor
The imported steel rotor is wear-resistant, efficient, and has a long service life, ensuring stable spinning quality. It is available in various models to accommodate different yarn specifications. The rotor and fiber channel can be easily replaced without tools.

False Twist Plate
Made from high-quality ceramic material, the false twist plate has high hardness to ensure consistent spinning quality. It is wear-resistant, temperature-resistant, and suitable for high-speed spinning. The magnet-type installation allows quick changes without tools.

Carding Roller
The carding roller comes in various specifications to meet the needs of different spinning processes. It is made from high-quality, wear-resistant materials, offering a long service life. The device can be changed quickly without tools.

High Resistance Twister
The high resistance twister is made from ceramic material for better wear resistance and a smooth finish. Various models are available for both high and low twist yarn production. The twister can be replaced quickly without tools.

Improved Joint Method
The step motor system optimizes joint quality. The semi-automatic joint system ensures reliable joints by adjusting feeding amounts and times for different yarn counts. The joint strength is increased by 20%-40%, the dryness is close to the original yarn (80%), and the success rate exceeds 95%. This system also reduces energy consumption when yarn breaks.

Carding Roller Motor with Frequency Converter Control
The frequency converter control for the carding roller motor increases service life, ensures accurate process settings, and saves power during operation.

Electrical Distribution Requirements

·        The distance from the low-voltage power distribution box to the machine should be no more than 100 meters.

·        Cable color specifications: yellow, green, red, blue, yellow/green, copper wire.

Basic Installation Requirements

·        Vertical height difference from front to rear should not exceed 20mm; lateral height difference should not be greater than 10mm.

·        The installation ground must be a solid concrete structure with a thickness of at least 180mm.

·        The minimum clearance from the machine to walls or obstacles should be 1500mm (excluding the cylinder).

·        The minimum clearance from the machine head and tail to walls or other obstacles should also be 1500mm.
