FEATURES
Independent Control on Both Sides
The machine features independent control on both sides, allowing it to produce two different varieties simultaneously. This enhances machine flexibility and simplifies maintenance operations.
Electrical Box Design
The dual electrical box design provides ample space for inverter installation, making electrical installation and maintenance more convenient. The electrical box features a unique cooling air duct system, ensuring efficient cooling and improving the stability of electrical components.
Maximum Capacity
The machine can handle up to 600 spinning units, with a maximum speed of 200m/min.
Optimal Machine Height
The machine is designed with a more reasonable height, enabling the use of 1200mm high tubes. This reduces the machine height and minimizes labor requirements.

Automatic Lift and Mechanical Device
The machine features an automatic lift arm that operates without the need for external air. A gear lathe prepares the yarn head, ensuring smooth operation and consistent joint quality.
Traverse Structure and Spinning Forming
The JGR331-type spinning box adopts an internationally advanced electronic traverse mechanism. This mechanism allows for the adjustment of winding angles, lateral dynamic differential micro cycles, and cycle variation, helping to reduce or eliminate the chrysanthemum cone yarn core. The electronic traverse system can be independently controlled for two separate spinning operations.
The creel uses hydraulic damping to ensure proper yarn formation and smooth unwinding. The machine can accommodate yarn packages up to 300mm in diameter and 4.5kg in weight.
