Scope of Application
This crusher is ideal for handling light and thin materials commonly found in scrap steel recycling systems. These materials often have uneven quality, complex compositions, and are prone to oxidation and rusting, with high sulfur content. Typical examples include waste household appliances, doors, windows, tables, chairs, scrap car shells, colored steel tiles, bicycles, battery frames, and more. The machine effectively crushes, removes impurities, dedusts, and sorts these materials, increasing recovery rates and enhancing the added value of the processed materials.

Scope of Application for Small and Medium-Sized Crusher
This type of crusher is primarily used for crushing and separating thin-walled objects such as wood, hard plastics, motorcycle brake wheel hubs, easy-to-pull cans, paint barrels, and computer hard disks. The equipment integrates crushing, magnetic separation, and dust removal to remove impurities, improve material density, and standardize material types. It achieves the goal of “concentrating into the furnace,” which is crucial for improving the quality of raw materials accepted by steel mills. This production line is customizable to meet the specific needs of users. Available in models 600, 800, 1000, and 1300, the equipment caters to different raw material processing and investment scales.

Operating Instructions for Scrap Crusher
Before operating the machine, carefully review the instructions:

1.      Pre-operation Checks: Verify the power supply and inspect the equipment for any abnormalities. After confirming that all parts are functioning correctly, start the equipment in sequence.

2.      Starting the Machine:

·        Turn on the power.

·        Start the dust removal device.

·        Turn on the discharge conveyor.

·        Start the main engine.

·        Activate the forced feeding and feeding conveyors (ensure no material is present on the conveyor).

Note 1: If the main engine uses two motors, start them with a 3-5 second interval to prevent motor burnout due to excessive load. If a direct connection motor is used, this issue is avoided.
Note 2: Feed the materials evenly to prevent blockages.
Note 3: Listen for any abnormal sounds during operation. If detected, address the issue before continuing.

3.      Shutting Down the Machine:

·        Turn off the feeding conveyor.

·        Turn off the forced feeding system.

·        Turn off the main engine.

·        Turn off the discharge conveyor.

·        Turn off the dust collector.

·        Switch off the power supply.

Note: Idle the main engine for 3-5 minutes before shutting down to prevent material build-up in the crushing chamber. Tighten all screws daily (priority on the main engine). Grease the bearings regularly.
If any issues cannot be resolved, contact the manufacturer to prevent equipment damage from forced restarts.
