APPLICATIONS
The Q91Y Series Heavy-Duty Scrap Shears are designed for cutting light scrap materials, waste car shells, and light structural parts into qualified charges suitable for steel smelting. These shears are ideal for use in National Circular Economy Parks, National Urban Mineral Demonstration Bases, scrap processing and distribution centers, the steel and nonferrous metals industry, as well as scrap car dismantling and remanufacturing enterprises.
FEATURES
· Utilizes an upper compression and segmented feeding system with a wide press box, ensuring excellent adaptability to various scrap materials and high compactness after shearing. Optional scrap shaping mechanisms with side compression are available.
· Large press box opening accommodates mechanical feeding and is especially suited for loose, light, and thin scrap steel, steel structural parts, steel pipes, steel plates, channel steel, and other profiles.
· Equipped with a screen display control panel and automatic integrated control for stable and reliable operation. An optional wireless remote control device enables a single operator to manage the production line and supporting equipment.
· Features a reliable large-flow logic valve control with independent filtering and cooling systems for efficient, dependable performance.
· Employs constant power variable and differential fast technologies, reducing energy consumption by approximately 25% while maintaining output. Energy use per ton of steel processed is lower than industry standard requirements.

APPLICATIONS
The Q91Y Series Heavy-Duty Scrap Shears are designed to compress low-carbon, light, and thin scrap steel, car shells, and light metal structural parts into highly compact bales. These bales are then sheared into charges that meet the smelting requirements of steel mills. The system can form a complete production line with feeding and grasping machines or electromagnetic suckers, discharge conveyors, stacking rotary conveyors, and other supporting equipment. It is suitable for use in National Circular Economy Parks, National Urban Mineral Demonstration Bases, scrap processing and distribution centers, the steel and nonferrous metals industries, and scrap car dismantling and remanufacturing enterprises.
