High-temperature overflow, gas-liquid dual-use dyeing machine HSHT-AL is the technical crystallization of our company in the dyeing and finishing equipment industry for many years. HSHT-AL not only has the advantages of airflow dyeing machine, but also has stronger dyeing stability than airflow dyeing machine. Because HSHRT-AL can be used as both an overflow dyeing machine and a gas-liquid dyeing machine, It consumes less power than airflow dyeing machines and general gas-liquid dyeing machines. One machine dual-use, ultra-low bath ratio, truly energy saving and environmental protection.

· Dyeing Liquor Ratio: 1:4, optimized for efficient dyeing.
· Cloth Speed: Maximum speed of up to 380 m/min, ensuring high productivity.
· Maximum Working Temperature: 140°C, suitable for a variety of fabric treatments.
· Maximum Working Pressure: 0.35 MPa for reliable and stable operation.
· Heating Rate:
From 20°C to 100°C: Average of 5°C/min.
From 100°C to 130°C: Average of 2.5°C/min (with saturated steam pressure at 0.7 MPa).
· Cooling Rate: From 130°C to 60°C at an average of 2.5°C/min (with cooling water at 3 bar and 25°C).

· Crease-Free Dyeing: Strong airflow driven by a fan penetrates the fabric's interior, relieving internal stress and eliminating creases.
· Energy-Saving and Efficient: Reduces water consumption for dyeing cotton to 50-60 tons per ton, saving over 50% of water, 40% of auxiliaries, and steam compared to traditional dyeing machines, while also lowering wastewater production.
· Advanced Cleaning Device: Includes an independent water supply system with adjustable pressure for faster and more thorough tank cleaning.
· Dual-Purpose Operation: Supports both overflow and gas-liquid dyeing, effectively addressing issues like color inconsistencies and fabric creases during the dyeing process.
