APPLICATIONS
The Scrap Metal Shredder Production Line is designed for use in various industries and facilities, such as National Circular Economy Parks, National Urban Mineral Demonstration Bases, scrap processing and distribution centers, steel and nonferrous metal industries, and scrap car dismantling and remanufacturing enterprises. It processes scrapped car shells, lightweight scrap steel, metal bales, and waste household appliances. The shredder system removes impurities like paint film, while the sorting system separates ferrous metals, nonferrous metals, and nonmetals. The processed steel has a bulk density of approximately 1.0-1.2 t/m³.

Main Components of the Scrap Metal Shredder Production Line:
1. Feeding System:

Composed of a chain plate or crawler-type feeding conveyor.

Can include auxiliary equipment like a pre-shredder or steel grab for automated feeding.
2. Shredder Main Machine:

Consists of a feeder with a hydraulic drum, the main shredder machine, and a high-voltage motor drive system.

Serves as the central component of the production line.
3. Discharge System:

Includes components such as a vibrating feeder, discharge belt conveyor, magnetic and non-magnetic material belt conveyors, and stacking belt conveyors.

Separates, classifies, and stacks shredded steel and other materials.
4. Magnetic Separation System:

Features an upper magnetic separation drum and armored iron remover to separate magnetic from non-magnetic materials.
5. Air Separation System (Optional):

Removes light non-metallic impurities from shredded materials post-magnetic separation, resulting in purer magnetic outputs.
6. Dust Removal System (Optional):

Eliminates dust generated during shredding and magnetic separation to ensure compliance with environmental standards.
7. Non-Ferrous Separation System (Optional):

Recovers non-ferrous metals, plastics, and other non-magnetic materials, enhancing resource utilization and recovery efficiency.
