Chain Continuous Running Loop Device - Faster Operation
The machine operates at a maximum speed of up to 80 m/min, extending the service life of the main parts and preventing damage to the mechanical structure caused by previous gap motions. This design maximizes production efficiency and significantly reduces operational costs for customers.
Fan Blowing Loop Device
The device enhances process stability by eliminating oil and water stains during high-temperature processes. It ensures stable temperature and humidity in the front box section during low-temperature processes. The loop blowing pressure is fully controlled by frequency conversion, ensuring safety, convenience, and speed. This solution effectively addresses the high energy consumption and costs of conventional models, offering a loop formation with zero energy consumption.
Natural Gas Heat System
The system offers strong compatibility, rapid heating, and reliable safety. It utilizes external burners, making it easy to exhaust air and handle residual gases, effectively eliminating safety hazards. During production, in case of fabric failure, the system prevents fire hazards. The separate external structure can be shut down when production demands are low, addressing the long heating time and high energy consumption of oil-based heating systems.

Low Temperature Humidity Device
The external saturated steam generator uses direct steam to boil water, ensuring steam saturation and supporting the low-temperature process without requiring external direct steam. Each room features an independent temperature control system for stable control and relative humidity. The unique humidification system quickly reduces temperature and provides the necessary auxiliary humidity for the machine, reducing steam consumption.
