Dot transfer technology ensures the glue is evenly applied to the fabric surface, setting the glue in shape. The fabric is then laminated with another layer to form a new composite material. The laminated fabric offers advantages such as resistance to dry sanding and water washing. The entire machine features automatic pulling with a "high cannon" feeding frame, automatic correction, and flattening. The cutting edge includes an automatic waste suction device, while the film coating device uses a silicone strip flattening roller, eliminating the need for manual pulling. The equipment requires only 4-5 people for high-speed startup and operation. The machine utilizes gear transmission, which can be upgraded to PLC control for higher accuracy and synchronization.
