Dot transfer technology ensures the glue is evenly applied to the fabric surface, setting the glue in shape. The fabric is then laminated with another layer to form a new composite material. The laminated fabric offers advantages such as resistance to dry sanding and water washing. The machine features an intelligent feeding frame with automatic pulling, correction, and flattening. The cutting edge includes an automatic waste suction device, with a design speed of 100 m/min. The entire system uses gear transmission, and the operation is controlled via PLC, ensuring high accuracy and excellent synchronization.
