USES
It is primarily used for adhesive bonding between woven fabrics, non-woven fabrics, leather, foam, breathable films, and other substrates. This technology is widely applied in industries such as clothing, automotive interiors, footwear, hats, bags, decoration, home textiles, bedding, toys, and more.
Dot transfer technology ensures the glue is evenly applied to the fabric surface, setting the glue in shape. The fabric is then laminated with another layer to create a new composite material. The laminated fabric offers advantages such as resistance to dry sanding, water washing, waterproofing, and moisture permeability. The machine features an opening, centering, and edge-blowing system, with an automatic waste suction device at the cutting edge. The film coating device uses a silicone strip flattening roller, eliminating the need for manual edge pulling. The entire machine uses gear transmission, which can be upgraded to PLC control for high accuracy and excellent synchronization.
