Primarily designed for multi-layer PVC film heat coating, as well as thermoplastic materials like EVA, XPE, aluminum film, leather, cloth, non-woven fabrics, and more. It enables hot pressing lamination of two or more layers without adhesive application. This is ideal for industries such as advertising, decoration, traffic warning, automotive interiors, shoes, bags, packaging, and electronics.
Equipped with a specialized press-fit system, the winding mechanism uses an air expansion shaft to maintain constant force during coiling, ensuring a smooth, wrinkle-free surface without color variations or scratches. The materials achieve high transparency, clarity, strong adhesion, resistance to peeling, and washing durability, along with excellent labor-saving benefits.
