USES & FEATURES
Pressure is applied through two high-temperature-resistant tracks, with an integrated contact heating and cooling system, ensuring even heating of the composite material. The long multi-stage heating zone allows for perfect bonding and high strength of the material. After heating, the material is bonded together, and its height is adjusted using a pressure roller. To maintain the strength of the composite, the material is cooled and shaped before exiting the conveyor belt. The gap and precise height adjustment of the conveyor belt allow even rigid plates up to 100 mm to be accommodated.
This system is primarily suitable for lamination of industrial textiles, automotive interior materials, multi-layer fiber materials, insulation materials, reinforced honeycomb panels, sewage treatment purification materials, and other specialized industrial materials. It supports various processes, including lamination, powder lamination, sensitive material lamination, multi-layer material composite (two or more layers), lamination hot welding, surface treatment, and other product processes.
