USES
This machine is used in industries such as desiccant materials, filter consumables, home and building materials, and decoration.
After spraying hot melt adhesive onto non-woven materials, activated toner, pharmaceutical powders, polymer materials, and desiccant powders are applied through a compounding process. The amount of glue and powder can be adjusted based on user requirements. It also allows for the automatic feeding of activated toner, enhancing the working environment.
The process offers good air permeability, reduced glue usage, no odor, and powder-saving capabilities. Additionally, multi-layer powder applications, such as three-layer or five-layer, can be realized.
