USES
This machine is suitable for applying hot melt adhesive powder, activated carbon powder, or pharmaceutical powder onto various textile fabrics, non-woven fabrics, fibers, and other materials. The powder is melted and bonded through PE, EVA, EVAL, LPDE, PES, and other hot melt adhesives, achieving the desired adhesive effect. It is mainly used in industries such as filter materials, footwear, and home textiles.
The machine offers constant temperature control with fast and stable heating, maintaining a temperature difference of less than 12°C. It automatically adjusts the tension, and the product's effective width is controllable. The powder amount is adjustable, ensuring even and stable distribution.
