USES
This machine is suitable for applying hot melt powder to various non-woven fabrics, clothing linings, and other fabrics. The powder is transferred onto the fabric, melted, and infiltrates into the lining. After rapid cooling, the fabric is coiled directly or compounded and coiled. The process uses PE, HDPE, LDPE, PA, EVA, EVAL, PES, and other hot melt adhesive powders to achieve the desired adhesive effect. The result is a fabric with good breathability and a soft touch
The machine offers constant temperature control with fast and stable heating, maintaining a temperature difference of less than 12°C. It automatically adjusts the tension, and the product width is controllable. The amount of powder is adjustable, ensuring uniform and stable application, with a good setting effect achieved through water cooling.
