This machine features 24 Raising Rollers and utilizes a gear-type drive system. It is equipped with PLC, inverter, and touch screen control, making it ideal for processing various types of woven and knitted fabrics, including woolen fabrics and artificial furs. This is our latest model of the raising machine.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

· The machine comes with a touch screen interface and PLC control, with speed regulated by multiple inverters simultaneously.

· Fabric speed, tension, cylinder, and raising roller speed can be adjusted across a variable range.

· The needle roller uses a gear-type transmission, providing high torque, stability, and low noise.

· The motor gear transmission is equipped with a single frequency control motor, ensuring a simple structure and easy maintenance.

· Features zero-point start, automatic fabric guiding, and error alarm diagnostics.

· Each machine in the production line can operate independently, with complete synchronization between them.

· The PLC controller can store up to 500 technical parameters.
