Description

This machine uses degradable cylinder film as raw material to produce both printed and natural color vest bags. It features PLC control, a servo motor for fixed length, and a computer touch screen for real-time display. The machine efficiently handles feeding, back sealing, cutting, punching, and conveying in a single operation, offering high automation and excellent economic benefits.

The entire process is computer-controlled, allowing for adjustments to the bag's length and production speed. The components are equipped with self-testing functions. The film is automatically supplied and adjusted without the need to adjust tension. When the film runs out, the machine will automatically stop. It also halts if the film supply is blocked, if a bag becomes jammed, or if color scanning fails. With high output and efficiency, the machine helps save both labor and time.
