USES
This adhesive is suitable for a wide range of applications, including woven and non-woven products, TPU, PE, PTFE, foam, and artificial leather lamination. It is commonly used in the automotive industry for car roof decorations, seat covers, door posts, and car door panel fabric layer lamination. In the garment industry, it is ideal for outdoor sportswear, military camouflage clothing, and functional clothing such as fire-fighting, warm, and cold-weather gear. It is also used in medical and health applications for medical and protective clothing. Additionally, it serves as a filter material for PTFE and PE thin films, used in sewage and air filtration systems.
Features
Not all adhesives contain solvents, making them ideal for eco-friendly applications without pollution issues, while also being cost-effective. Hot melt adhesives, for example, do not contain water, eliminating the need for drying, and offer fast laminating speeds. The melting glue system is independent, ensuring quick and complete melting. The wet-solid reaction during the laminating process provides strong, irreversible adhesion and resistance to washing. Additionally, less glue is needed, which reduces costs. The dot mesh-shaped glue offers good breathability, a soft touch, and a strong three-dimensional effect. The operation interface uses an intelligent PLC control system, designed for ease of use, saving labor and occupying less space compared to other machines.
