Description

This machine is designed for the desizing process of woven fabrics, including pure polyester, polyester-cotton blends, nylon-cotton, spandex, and other materials. It is also suitable for the shrinking process of chemical fibers, such as nylon-cotton and filament fabrics.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

1.      Advanced Liquid Supply System:

•          Allows precise flow rate control for two additives as per process requirements.
•          Facilitates automatic online liquid supply, maintaining constant liquid concentration in the tank.

2.      Vacuum Suction Device:

•          Effectively removes moisture from the fabric.
•          Eliminates the need for a hydro extractor, reducing the load on the drying machine and improving efficiency.

3.      Hot Solution Impregnation and Steaming Tanks:

•         Designed with curved tubes to prevent fabric wrinkling during processing.
•         The upper guide roller in the chamber is driven by a torque motor to minimize fabric tension during operation.

4.      Unique Slurry System:

•         Hot solution impregnation tanks incorporate a specialized slurry discharge system.
•         Smoothly removes floating impurities, reduces water consumption, and enhances desiring efficiency.
