The new generation HSCWN-38 series of room-temperature dyeing machines builds on its proven success while maintaining an environmentally friendly configuration:
· Independent Tube Operation : Each tube operates independently for greater flexibility.
· LSD Centrifugal Pump : Ensures efficient and reliable performance.
· Auxiliary Work Door : Simplifies maintenance and operational tasks.
· Vertical Heat Exchanger : Enhances energy efficiency.
· Broken Hair Collector : Effectively removes impurities during the dyeing process.
The HSCWN-38 series features an exceptionally low machine-to-bath ratio, as low as 1:1.1 (excluding the fabric's water content), making it ideal for dyeing various cotton materials.
· Temperature Capability : Supports a temperature rise up to 98°C.
· Model Options : Available in two capacities—300 kg/tube and 250 kg/tube, with a total load capacity ranging from 250 kg to 3600 kg.
